Complete now draw the picture you before the rabbits get their X10 Easter :)

Hi guys are you ready for XPERIA X10 Launch & Consumer Research Program Started??? So hot news about X10, well at least for the citizens of  Sweden that is, the X10 will be available throughout Europe from that date but each region will have its release date of course. Good Luck for us.
Rikard Skogberg told us that the area of marketing of SE is enabling people to make their criticisms on the X10 and how will go the functioning of the Android OS.

Peter unboxing X10

Wrote by Rikard Skogberg of http://blogs.sonyericsson.com/products

“As announced a while ago there is a consumer research program around X10 in the works. The research program is a bigger thing but we here at the blog got the opportunity to recruit some of the research candidates. Many of you applied and some of you got chosen. Now it’s live. This wednesday I got to join Sumit in one of the start up interviews and getting started moments here in Stockholm. Me and Sumit visited Peter, who also runs a blog at www.DailyAndroid.se, asked a lot of questions and finally got to the part where he was to unbox his X10 and get started with settings, services and applications. The first meeting is of course around background and the initial thoughts of getting the X10 in his hands but there will be further follow up posts over time.”

Hi guy what´s up. Well let’s get out of routine and practice some any sport, in this case we talk about tennis Yes Why not??? humm. Here some interviews with players from tennis where Sony Ericsson sponsors the event of the ATP Tour.Enjoy these great pictures from the Glam Set Match tennis exhibition at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami.

By WTA and ATP

Sony Ericsson Open: Novak Djokovic Interview March 24th 2010:

Q. You were so consistent in Masters events last year. Do you approach these tournaments differently than others, or do anything differently?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Well, after Grand Slams, these are most important tournaments for us, so we try to prioritize them and set up our shape for these events.
I’ve played quite well last year. I lost many finals, though, and managed to win the title in Paris Bercy. So this year I feel quite good still, but didn’t play my best tennis in Indian Wells.
But, hey, you know, I lost to the champion, so it’s good. Now I have a little more time for Miami to get ready, and hopefully I can pull up some good tennis.

Q. I read your interview after Indian Wells. You hoped to do some sightseeing. Maybe Los Angeles.
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Yes.

Q. Did that happen?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Yeah, it happened.

Q. What did you get to see?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Yeah, what the tourists usually see in LA, Universal Studios, beach, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, these kinds of things.
Just relaxing. We don’t have that much time to explore the sights of the different cities, because everything we see well, mostly what we see is tennis club and hotels.
This time I had a little bit more time to go without the practice, because I needed that after Dubai and Davis Cup. So I took some time off and relaxed, and now I’m back in business.

Sony Ericsson Open: Andy Murray Interview March 24th 2010:

An interview with: ANDY MURRAY

Q. What would your considered thought be after an elapsed period of time after Indian Wells? How do you feel that the intervening period has gone for you?
ANDY MURRAY: Well, I mean obviously I would have liked to have done a bit better at Indian Wells. But, you know, it was you know, I wasn’t going in I guess expecting to win the tournament.
I think, you know, I’ve got to kind of look forward to this week. Had a good chat with Miles and Alex after I finished there about what I wanted to do, you know, in the week that I had to get ready, you know, and what my goals and stuff were for this week.
I feel good.

Q. Do you feel like this is like a home court for you, considering what you did here last year?
ANDY MURRAY: Um, no, I mean, the whole feel of the tournament is nice for me, because I live like eight, ten minutes away. Don’t live here, but spend a lot of time here training and stuff, and I practiced here in December.
So, you know, I’ve played a lot on the courts, so it just, you know, feels it doesn’t take me that long to get used to the conditions and stuff because I spend so much time here.
But in terms of it being a home court, not necessarily. You know, I have not played here too many years, and last year was obviously the best I played. Hopefully I can do well again this year.

Q. Is the court worth a few points to you?
ANDY MURRAY: Yeah, I think so, yeah. I mean, I think you know, it does make a difference if you, you know, practice at the place where you’re gonna be playing.
It just you know, it’s a little bit, like I say, just I don’t know if you train in the same you know, if you train in the same gym and lift the same weights all the time, and then you if you go to a different gym, even though the weights say the same, they always feel a little bit heavier, a little bit different.
Always takes you a little bit to get used to it psychologically maybe.

Q. Has anybody asked you about your take on what happened in Parliament yesterday?
ANDY MURRAY: In what?

Q. The question of tennis in the UK was brought up in Parliament.
ANDY MURRAY: Oh, okay. No, I haven’t spoken to anyone about it. I heard it was gonna happen, but I didn’t hear what happened.

Sony Ericsson Open: Justine Henin Interview March 24th:

J. HENIN/J. Craybas 6 2, 6 2

Q. Are you still having fun?
JUSTINE HENIN: Yeah, hopefully. No, it’s been good to be back on the courts. It was disappointing in Indian Wells, of course, not being my best.
But I also realize it’s gonna take a little bit of time to really be in the good rhythm and find myself again on the court, and I have to get used to different kind of things.
I didn’t live this life for almost two years, so that takes a little bit of time. I’ve worked pretty good between Indian Wells and here.
Now I’m gonna have a tough round, tough match. That’s what I want. So it’s gonna be perfect to test myself.

Q. Speaking of Elena, the other day she said when she played you in Australia she didn’t know what to expect. Obviously the backhand has never gone away, but she was surprised by your forehand. Today you hit a big winner on a cross court point. Have you beefed up your forehand at all?
JUSTINE HENIN: My backhand has always been the most natural shot, but all the time in my career I had to work very hard on my forehand.
Even if, you know, it’s not maybe doesn’t look that beautiful, I know that pays, you know. It gives me a lot more winners, a lot more than on the backhand side.
But, no, generally I just have to play aggressive and play the game I played in Australia and just try to improve every day. The hardest part when you stop is to keep the concentration all the time and to keep the intensity.
You know, it’s ups and downs, and it’s quite normal at the beginning.

Yet another review added to our review database made by guys of  Esato Forum and wrote by Olav Hellesø-Knutsen This time, we have tested a bluetooth headset. The Sony Ericsson MW600 with built-in FM radio. Congratz by the Review

Article Esato wrote by Olav Hellesø-Knutsen

“The MW600 Bluetooth Headset will be available in stores in a couple of days. We have had the opportunity to test a unit for weeks now, and have found the good and week parts of this headset. Improving sound quality and battery life is obvious things to improve when releasing new devices.”

“The Sony Ericsson MW600 has even got improvements related to the Bluetooth implementation as well. Multi phone support is the keywords here. Pairing up to two more mobile phones to the MW600 at the same time let you listen to music on one source (for example a PC) and still be able to receive calls from a phone.”

“Built-in FM radio, excellent battery time, OLED display, 3.5mm audio jack are other features you will find attractive.”

MW600 is the latest high-end Bluetooth headset from Sony Ericsson. It was announced in November last year as a companion accessory to the Xperia X10. In some markets, the X10 sales package will have the MW600 included. Xperia X10 research candidates

February 20th, 2010

Hi all,

Spent the week in Barcelona for MWC and you probably have followed the reporting. Massive interest in Xperia X10 and overwhelming positive introduction of X10 mini and X10 mini pro, which I can´t help to reiterate.

Back to X10.

One Sony Ericsson research programme that is about to start relates to user experience. From the very first moment of opening up the box, the first period of getting started and  views after a weeks usage. This in order to learn from user behaviour and get valuable feedback as input for future releases.

We will run a conventional research programme by recruiting users through our agencies. In addition, I am very happy to announce that we will for the very first time allow recruitment among yourself as I believe you are such a great representation of knowledge and passion. We will be looking for 2-4 persons that are interested to use the device and are committed to give constructive feedback.

However I am at the same time sorry to say that there are some limitations about this recruitment. It will require a face to face meeting and since I am driving this as an additional pilot, we can only cope with Sweden (Stockholm and south Sweden) and UK, greater London area. I am really sorry for that as there as so many of you that I would like to give this opportunity to as you are great contributors to this forum. Your interest about the device is evident from your activeness on the blog to date, which will of course be considered but at the same time I would like to see who else might be interested.

This is a pilot and going further, we might be able to do this in somewhat greater scale for the upcoming products based on interest etc.

The candidate will be needed to answer questions/send a report on the usage a couple of times over course of months time and be willing to meet face to face for a deep interview, either at our premises or even at their resident.

If, you are interested please post a short introduction of yourself in the comments section below, please include the following:

-          Complete name

-          Age

-          Location

-          Occupation

-          Blog or equivalent if applicable

-          Short motivation why you would be a suitable candidate in less than twenty words

I would appreciate If I could close the application process by Tuesday next week.

Have a great weekend

Sumit

Vivaz and X10 Goes Skiing

February 17th, 2010 I spent the weekend up in snowy Åre of Sweden – of course I shot some pics with both X10 and Vivaz and also some videos with Vivaz. Below you find some snowy landscape pics and also some videos I shot when there was an open session contest in jumping into the BigAirBag that we brought to Åre this weekend. It’s cool to see those guys and girls really spin off in creativity when they are sure that they will land softly :-) I know I’m not experienced in shooting action sports and in retrospect I should have found some cooler angles to shoot from. I guess also some kind of DIY fish-eye lens would have done the tricks better since that’s what we are used to when it comes to action sports ;-)

Please note that the scene with all the snow was a bit tricky for exposure so for some of the clips I pumped up the exposure one step manually.

First some pics shot by me and my friend Josef (first two from X10 and the rest from Vivaz):

“Just checking in with everyone for another update on the Sony Ericsson Blog.  As you can see below the stand is still busy with people wanting to try out the latest devices and there is still plenty of time for more people to come along.”

“The whole team are doing an amazing job keeping up with the demand from press and media plus the stand still looks fantastic.  Any questions posted via comments will be answered tonight once back on a WiFi connection but for now, enjoy some more pictures.”

Tonight is an exciting night for me as a big Android fan, I have been given a Sony Ericsson X10 to use for the next few days and am sitting here in the hotel room syncing all my data over.

“If you have any questions about the X10 please comment below or over on Twitter using @SonyEricssonMC and hashtag #MWC10SE”

“Tomorrow I will be putting the X10, X10 Mini and X10 Mini Pro side by side to compare between the X10 family…” Follow on Twitter and stay tunned about more news MWC 2010 Sony Ericsson.

Day 2

Read the article

“Another update from backstage at the Sony Ericsson stand.  The demo team have just had their lunch after a busy day and I have been told Stephen Fry came along too which is great but a shame I just missed him.”

“Once again the stand is packed with people waiting to get their hands on the latest devices including the new ones announced a few days ago and the whole team is keeping up with the demand which is great news.”

Well now we leave the guys alone and in peace and let them enjoy a little more event MWC 2010. Great job Guys! :)
